Clothing Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for a refund unless defective.
